As a kind of precise electronic products, LED display has a high demand on storage mode and environment, which may lead to damage of the LED display if you are not careful.      The following points should be paid attention to when storing the LED display screen:

     1. The place where the box should be placed should be cleaned and paved with Pearl cotton.

     2. It is strictly forbidden to stack modules or stack more than 10 pieces in disorder on the LED display screen. When the modules are stacked, the lamp face is placed relative to each other and separated by Pearl cotton.

     3. It is suggested that the LED display boxes should be placed with the lamp face facing up and flat. If the number is too large, special attention should be paid to the protection when standing. It is forbidden to stand in places where the vibration is large.

     4. The display box should be lightly handled and placed. When landing, the rear side should first land on the ground and then the lamp face should land on the ground. Beware of knocking.

     5. All staff members must wear cordless anti-static bracelets when installing or repairing.

     6. Anti-static bracelet is used in the installation of LED display screen.

     7. When handling the box body, it should be lifted. It should not be pushed or dragged on the ground to avoid damage to the bottom module caused by uneven ground. The box body should be balanced in the process of lifting, and should not swing or rotate in the air. When installing the box or module, it should be handled lightly and thrown strictly.

     8. If the LED display products need to be adjusted, soft rubber hammer is used to hit the metal part of the box body, and it is strictly forbidden to hit the module. Extrusion and collision between modules are strictly prohibited. In the case of cracks and abnormal positioning, it is strictly forbidden to use hammer and other hard objects to knock on the box and module, and the box can be picked up and removed after another attempt.
